Peter Birkett
Peter was formerly CEO of adept4 ltd, an IT managed services company which he founded, grew and sold to a listed acquirer. Peter has not only great tech skills, but as an entrepreneur who ultimately sold the company he founded, he has been through the journey that is so familiar with our clients. Peter holds the position of non-executive director at Frazer Hall.
Living by the North East Coast, Peter also spends a lot of time being active – swimming, cycling, and occasional running as well as gym, golf and yomping in the hills. Walking regularly with his 2 dogs on the beach is as therapeutic as you can get.

Claire Paye, Director, Marketing Communications
Claire’s portfolio career has coalesced on supporting SMEs. Her background includes retail banking, corporate banking, and assisting UK companies to export worldwide. Her broad experience and wide range of contacts ensures she can identify potential buyers or investors.
When not being beaten at chess by her daughter, or throwing balls at her son on the trampoline, Claire spends the rest of her spare time ensuring school children in rural Kenya have solar lights to study with, through her role as a director at the Mwezi Foundation.
