Frazer Hall Aides Company to Win £8M Funding
In December 2015 Frazer Hall Corporate Finance advised Hawk Plant UK (hawk-group.co.uk) to enable them to secure an £8m investment.
Hawk Group, a Shropshire based company that supplies bulldozers and other construction equipment to UK building firms, was able to capitalise on the government’s recent pledge to boost infrastructure spending by securing this investment. It will use the money to expand its fleet and widen the services it offers.
Funding was provided by the Business Growth Fund (Jon Earl and Aaron Baker); the lawyers acting for the Company were Aaron and Partners (Simon Edwards, Hugh Strickland, Amanda Wickstead) and accounting/tax advice was provided by DRE (Francis Nock).
