We can run workshops with owners and senior management teams to develop a strategy, which would include clear steps, allocation of responsibility, and measurements.  This may lead on to organic growth and tidying up the business in preparation for sale, or it could involve fundraising or a buy and build strategy. The key is to be clear about your own objectives and timescales.
