Foundation IT is a Berkshire based provider of infrastructure design, procurement and implementation of IT systems, as well as the bespoke creation of Sharepoint solutions. The founder was aware that the business would benefit from the creation of a stronger board and with the assistance of Frazer Hall, orchestrated a partial management buyout by two senior managers. The outcome was positive, allowing for more clearly defined company and management structures and focusing the business on what it is good at – great client servicing.
