Management Buy-In Completed
Frazer Hall, alongside alternative finance provider Growth Lending, have completed the management-buy in of Leeds-based furniture manufacturer Craftwork.
Craftwork Upholstery has manufactured furniture for industries such as sports clubs, hotels, care and nursing homes since 1991, and has a specially designed facility and product showroom at its West Yorkshire headquarters in Armley, Leeds.
Stephen Frazer and Graham Niven of Frazer Hall Corporate Finance advised Richard Carr, Craftwork’s Managing Director, on the buy-in. Growth Lending supported the deal and provided funding of £400,000.
Richard Carr said:
“Frazer Hall assisted throughout the process of my particular acquisition and collaborated seamlessly with all the parties involved. I would recommend Frazer Hall in any business acquisition scenarios you have planned. Both Steve and Graham were there every step of the way and their knowledge and personal investment really helped me to structure the deal and secure the correct funding.”
“It was a real pleasure to work alongside Richard and his advisory team [Stephen and Graham] to structure a revolving credit facility that enabled him to acquire the business.”
